Husband, father of two and experienced strength and conditioning coach, Michael Krog has dedicated his career to athlete development. As a former member of the Brisbane Broncos Development Squad, he experienced first-hand the commitment, discipline and preparation required to perform within elite sporting environments. From aspiring juniors to professional athletes, he is driven by a genuine passion for helping people become stronger, more capable and more confident in themselves and their sport.
Over the past decade, Michael has worked across professional rugby league, representative pathways, schools and grassroots sport, helping athletes navigate every stage of their development journey. His experience has seen him work alongside some of Australia's most recognised athletes, while remaining deeply committed to supporting the next generation of talent emerging from the Darling Downs.
As both a coach and a parent, Michael understands that athlete development extends beyond physical performance. His approach combines high standards, structured coaching and genuine care, creating an environment where athletes are challenged to improve while being supported every step of the way.

THE EPU STORY
After years of coaching athletes across schools, representative pathways and professional sport, Michael recognised a need for a more structured approach to athlete development in the Darling Downs.
EPU was created to provide athletes with access to expert coaching, purposeful programming and a performance-focused environment designed to support long-term progression.
